Hakimo is an AI Assistant platform that works seamlessly with existing physical security access control and video systems. We’re looking for a solutions engineer who will work closely with multiple teams to ensure that customers realize the full value and potential of Hakimo’s software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of customer deployments, including design and planning, onboarding, verification of deployment
• Work with the engineering team to handle technical tasks in the post-sales process and to solve customer issues (especially related to onboarding)
• Help sales representatives with technical questions related to the product
• Plan, set up, and run pilot deployments
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• An Engineering degree in CS/EE or a related field
• Experience with distributed systems to quickly isolate and troubleshoot issues
• Networking fundamentals to understand and debug networking issues in customer environments
• Empathy to work with customers, and address pain points

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Linux
• Prior experience designing physical security systems
• Experience with Kubernetes
