The Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is located on Florida’s southwest coast between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. Now one of the fastest growing airports in the country, PGD offers commercial service to more than 50 destinations in addition to supporting a large general aviation population.
PGD turned to Hakimo to automatically monitor for piggybacking and tailgating events. The software detects unauthorized access, easily enables reporting of events to the TSA and even helps the airport change badge holder behavior in support of its security policies.
