What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic lead generation programs targeting Hakimo's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on mid market, corporate, and other high-security sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed monthly and quarterly ARR goals.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations that align with the specific needs and security challenges of potential clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into market trends and security technology to help clients improve their operations.
  • Gather customer feedback to guide product development and refine sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of Hakimo’s sales playbook for scalable and repeatable sales processes.

What You Have

  • 3+ years of B2B full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth. (100% of quota is good but we’re looking for great! 125% + achievement) 
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and building multi-threaded relationships across complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working with mid-market clients or physical security markets is highly preferred.
  • Team player who collaborates cross-functionally to achieve sales and company goals.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of managing multiple simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup, particularly in a Series A or B environment.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
