Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with key customers, ensuring they are maximizing the value of Hakimo's platform. You will be the customer's advocate, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is crucial to ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.

Project/Program Manager, Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our operations team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing tasks, keeping projects on timeline, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role requires an OCD-like approach to task management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to hold team members accountable. The ideal candidate should be flexible to work with a team in India, which includes being available for night shifts as needed.

Operations Manager - Security Center

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee our Security Operations Center at our Bangalore Office. The Operations Manager will supervise a team of SOC Operators, ensuring the smooth operation of security services, effective incident management, and exceptional client support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of security and customer service. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Head of Operations.

IT Support Engineer

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer who will work closely with multiple teams to ensure that customers realize the full value and potential of Hakimo’s software solutions.
