We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our engineering team. At this stage in your career, you are expected to bridge the gap between development and operations, moving beyond simple script execution to designing robust, scalable infrastructure and automated delivery pipelines. 

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives on automation, understands the nuances of cloud-native architecture, and is passionate about improving the developer experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• CI/CD Orchestration: Design, implement, and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• ‍Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi to ensure environment consistency. 
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes (EKS/GKS/AKS), including Helm chart management. 
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog) to ensure high availability and performance. 
• Security Integration (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices into the SDLC, including secret management (HashiCorp Vault), vulnerability scanning, and compliance monitoring. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers to optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and promote a "You Build It, You Run It" culture.

Technical Requirements

• Cloud Platforms: 3+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.‍
• IaC Tools : Strong expertise in Terraform or Ansible , AWS Carpenter
• Orchestration: Deep understanding of Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress).
• Scripting: Fluency in Python, Bash, or Go.
• CI/CDL: Experience building complex pipelines from scratch.
• OS / Networking: Strong Linux/Unix administration and VPC/DNS networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Operations. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset toward automation, and the ability to mentor junior team members. 
• Certifications (Bonus): AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
